Between approximately 09:20 UTC and 14:30 UTC, a small subset of customers may have experienced issues in the inbox with conversations not loading, or not having a matching count between visible conversations and the counter on a view or inbox. We have now fully resolved this issue and the inbox should be operating as expected.

We have implemented a fix that should allow the subset of impacted customers to see the full number of conversations in their inboxes once again. We are monitoring for full confirmation of the fix.

We have confirmed the source of the issue that is sometimes causing assigned conversations/tickets to sometimes fail to load. We are currently working to mitigate this and will update you here as we make progress.
