Between approximately 09:20 UTC and 14:30 UTC, a small subset of customers may have experienced issues in the inbox with conversations not loading, or not having a matching count between visible conversations and the counter on a view or inbox. We have now fully resolved this issue and the inbox should be operating as expected.

We have implemented a fix that should allow the subset of impacted customers to see the full number of conversations in their inboxes once again. We are monitoring for full confirmation of the fix.
