Monitoring
We have implemented a fix, and new outbound messages are no longer appearing in the inbox. The impact was between 12:24 - 14:17. We are exploring options to remove these conversations from the inbox.
Investigating
We're seeing outbound messages (emails, posts, etc.) unexpectedly create conversations in the inbox and looking into it.
