Between 2019-09-26 1545 UTC and 2019-09-26 1551 UTC, there was a brief interruption of the Intercom application's searching services.
During that time, customers may have experienced errors when trying to search in the Intercom application and other customers may have experienced errors loading the Intercom web application in general.
The cause of the issue was identified as a bad deploy. It was reverted and the issue has been resolved. All services are back working as expected.
