Between 2019-05-16 0904 UTC and 2019-05-16 1636 UTC, customers who logged into Intercom in a web browser, or refreshed their browser while in Intercom during that time, may have experienced an issue where browser audio notifications were not being delivered whenever an end-user sent a message. This was due to a recent code deployment, which has been identified and a fix has been released. The issue is now resolved, and Inbox notifications are working as expected.
Any customers who continue to have issues with browser audio notifications should perform a hard refresh in their browser to resolve any remaining issues.
