Between Saturday 2022-05-28 08:00 UTC and Saturday 2022-05-28 09:00 UTC customers will experience a brief interruption to the following features: Reporting, Conversational Insights, Inbox real-time dashboards. This is due to planned maintenance work required on our core database services.
What is the impact? During the maintenance window in-app Intercom reports may not load. Inbox real-time dashboards may not load. Reporting data including conversational insights topics will be delayed.
Why are we doing this? An Elasticsearch cluster needs to be rebooted.
Customer trust, data security, and availability are critical to everything we do at Intercom. We only do these essential maintenance tasks when absolutely necessary, and always give at least 48 hours notice.
What will the exact experience be for our customers during the change? * Loading in-app Reports will throw a 503 error * Loading Inbox real-time dashboards will throw a 503 error * Reporting data including conversational insights will be delayed by up to an hour
