Investigating

We have identified root cause and queued jobs and messages are now being processed. We are now in recovery mode. There is a high volumed of queued jobs backed up, which will take some time to fully recover. If using the Inbox, latency concerns will reduce over time. We will follow up when the application is back to full performance.

We're seeing issues with Inbox where messages are being queued in the background and not visible in the Inbox. This is affecting lots of the actions across the product. Our team is aware and investigating the issue. We’ll update you here as soon as we have more information 🕵️.
