This is the second of three scheduled maintenance planned by our email delivery vendor's European infrastructure that is being carried out between 11th - 13th March 2025.

Between 22:00 - 00:00 UTC there may be delays of up to 15 minutes in email delivery. This will affect all Intercom features that utilize email, such as outbound emails, conversation notifications and password resets.
