This issue which impacted less than one percent of our customers is now resolved. All services have been restored to normal functionality.
Monitoring
The database errors have been fixed. Between 13:45 - 14:22 a small number of customers would have experienced errors when trying to use Intercom.
Identified
A database issue has caused most Intercom features to break in the USA region for fewer than 1% of customers. We are working with our database provider to restore service.
