Between 16.55UTC and 17:20UTC we saw increased levels of 5XX errors on our help centers. This issue should now be resolved and all services are restored to normal functionality.

We were seeing issues with Help Centers returning 5xx errors between 16.55UTC and 17:20UTC - which now appear to be recovering. We’ll let you know when we are confident in our recovery.
