This issue is now resolved and the teammate web app is fully operational. The teammate web app was unavailable between 14:07 UTC and 14:23 UTC then again from 14:37 UTC to 14:47 UTC, due to an authentication error. All other services were unaffected during this period.

Monitoring
There was an issue with authentication to the teammate web app - we have implemented a fix. If you do a hard refresh of the page it will work as usual. We're continuing to monitor recovery.
Investigating
We're seeing authentication issues with the Intercom teammate web app, resulting in all users being kicked out of their session. Our team is aware and investigating the issue. We’ll update you here as soon as we have more information.
