Delay in delivery of messages from Slack to Intercom

Between 2019-03-04 1206 UTC and 2019-03-05 0836 UTC, Slack integrations with Intercom would have seen sending delays for messages sent from Slack to Intercom. Messages sent from Intercom to Slack were unaffected. Once the issue was resolved at 0836 UTC, all delayed messages were queued for processing and delivery. This issue is resolved and the Slack integration with Intercom is now working as expected.
