Between Sunday 2021-10-03 0300 UTC and Sunday 2020-10-03 0400 UTC, customers may experience a series of brief interruptions to the following features: Articles, Product Tours, Carousels, Campaigns, and CSV Exports. This is due to planned maintenance work required on our core database services.
What is the impact? During the maintenance window, Articles, Product Tours, Carousels, Campaigns, and CSV Exports may be degraded or unavailable for a few minutes.
Why are we doing this? Some of our database clusters need to be restarted during the maintenance window while we perform an important database upgrade.
What will the exact experience be for our customers during the change? For a few minutes during the change, the following may occur: Some Articles might be unavailable for a brief period of time. Teammates will experience limited functionality in the Intercom App. End users will experience limited functionality in the Messenger. Developers will receive 503 “service unavailable” responses to API requests.
What will happen to messages that are scheduled to be sent during this time? No impact on messages. Receiving a new Carousel/Product Tour/Pushes may be delayed for a few minutes.
What will happen to inbound emails? No impact
