Teammate Replies from Slack to Intercom conversations failed to be received

Between 2020-07-13 at 0650 UTC and 2020-07-13 at 2130 UTC, customer replies sent from within Slack to Intercom conversations via the Slack app failed to be received in the conversations. We have identified the cause of the issue and have successfully processed all of the replies that were not received during this time.

All services are back to normal and replies from Slack are being delivered as expected.
