App Data Update Issue
Incident Report for Intercom
Resolved
From approximately 2020-01-15 12:14 UTC to 2020-01-15 13:00 UTC customers using the following apps would have experienced issues with data updates from Intercom. Data sent from Intercom workspaces to these apps during this time cannot be recovered.

- Hubspot
- Slack
- Pipedrive
- Clearbit
- Salesforce

We have since resolved this issue and all apps are performing normally.
