Between 15-02-2021 1154 UTC and 15-02-2021 1438 UTC, customers may have experienced issues with loading conversations in the Inbox. This issue has now been resolved, and conversations are loading correctly.

We are currently investigating an issue with loading conversations in the Inbox product - customers may see a message stating "There was a problem loading this conversation" at this time.
