Between 2022-03-24 1249 UTC and 2022-03-24 1256 UTC, some customers would have experienced elevated latency issues and connectivity problems connecting to Intercom. This issue is now resolved, and all services are working as expected.

Customers using our EU and Australian Data Residency Regions would have been unaffected.
