1:1 outbound messages sent as email via the Inbox erroneously sent as In-App chat messages

Between approximately 2023-01-11 1450 UTC and 2023-01-12 1440 UTC, Intercom customers in US, EU and AUS data hosting regions would have experienced an issue when sending 1:1 outbound email messages via the Inbox. These messages would have been sent as In-App chat messages erroneously. This issue is now resolved and all services are working as expected.
