Between Friday 2022-02-11 0900 UTC and Friday 2022-02-11 0930 UTC, customers may experience a series of brief interruptions to the following features: Salesforce, Stripe, Slack, Clearbit, Google, Microsoft, Trello, Hubspot and Zendesk integrations.
What is the impact? • During the maintenance window, integrations with the Intercom product may be degraded or unavailable for a few minutes. • Intercom integration operations from the App Store settings pages and from the Intercom Inbox will not work until the maintenance is complete.
Why are we doing this? Some of our database clusters need to be restarted during the maintenance window while we perform an important database change.
Customer trust, data security, and availability are critical to everything we do at Intercom. We only do these essential maintenance tasks when absolutely necessary, and always give at least 48 hours notice.
What will the exact experience be for our customers during the change? For a few minutes during the changes, the following will occur: • Teammates will experience limited functionality in the Intercom Inbox App for integrations and end users will experience limited functionality for some Integration Apps • Settings pages for some Intercom Integrations in the App Store will not work. • Manual Salesforce Lead, Task and Case creation from Intercom will not work. • Automated Salesforce Lead, Task and Case creation will be delayed. • Salesforce Lead, Contact and Account syncing will be delayed. • Imports with Mailchimp, Mixpanel and CSV will not work. • CRM Integrations such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce etc. will experience delays in general.
