Webhooks intermittently failed to deliver

Starting at 2018-30-11 0630 UTC, some webhook notifications would have intermittently failed to deliver to customers endpoints.

This would have affected any operations depending on webhook notifications, as well as some app integrations such as Zapier, Hubspot and Slack integrations.

We have mitigated the cause of the issue, and beginning around 2018-30-11 1622 UTC all webhooks have been delivering successfully.

Webhook notifications that failed to deliver during this time period will not be resent.
