Delays in updates for user and company data.

Resolved

Between 2023-18-10 0900 UTC and 1100 UTC, we experienced a delay in updates for user and company data, which may have resulted in message matching delays for Email sending, user list and segments being outdated, and API features such as Search return stale results. We are now backfilling user and company updates made during this time. This issue is now resolved, and all services are working as expected.
