Facebook and Twitter conversations may have failed to load in the Inbox

Between approximately 2020-07-08 1522 UTC and 2020-07-08 2022 UTC, some conversations started from Facebook or Twitter failed to load correctly in the Inbox due to a recent code change.

We shipped an update that resolved this for impacted conversations and customers can refresh the Intercom web app in their browser to get the latest update.

We can confirm that impacted conversations are being loaded correctly in the Inbox and this is now resolved.
