Between 2020-01-14 1955 UTC and 2020-01-14 2130 UTC, customers may have experienced delays with user data being updated through Intercom's Shopify App. Some customers may have also experienced brief interruptions to their Intercom messenger visibility on their Shopify store.
Our engineers have identified and have mitigated the code which led to the delays some customers may have experienced. The issue is now resolved and everything is operating normally.
